Software Development Request Management
System
|
Problem
Statement |
|
Our department
receives requests for changes to existing software and requests
for new software projects. Our current manual method is
inefficient and unorganized. It is not really managed, as
individual programmers are told of changes to make rather than
the department as a whole. Requests often lack critical
information that delays their acceptance. Once a request is
received, we have no easy way for the organization to find out
what action is being taken (or not taken). We need to log
requests from many remote locations, including home offices. |

customers to buy more of it from us. |
|
