Jerre McQuinn is a Principal Business Analyst and a Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP®). During her 12 years in IT at Microsoft, she has performed enterprise analysis, process and technical analyses, and the elicitation of business rules and requirements for internal applications that run the enterprise. She is a Six Sigma Green Belt, twice a presenter at the Business Rules Forum, and co-author of a paper on “Requirements Specification Using Fact-Oriented Modeling” presented at ORM-2008.
