Gilles Morin (MBA, CBPP, BPT-PL, CPPC, BAIP, RBPMP) is President of BPMPlus Inc., created in 2013 to address the lack of BPM knowledge and expertise in French, in Quebec. He has led over 10 process-driven transformations over the last 20 years, both as leader within large and small private businesses, and also as strategist and consultant working closely with the executive teams. He also has helped organizations to build their BPM, business architecture, and performance management capability. As a business architect, he specializes in business model and operation model redesign. He is a strong advocate of the strengthening of both process and decision-rules management capability in business analysts, business architects, and BPM teams.
