Paul Mallens started his academic career at Delft University only 3 years ago after working in the IT industry with a business rules company called USoft.
In their research they both focus on the issue of alligning business and IT. Key challenge for them is to develop methodology that bridges the gaps that exist
between business needs and ICT capacity and between theory and practice.
